a. All guests age 2 years and older must wear a face mask covering their nose and mouth at all times while at Ball Arena except when actively eating or drinking in their ticketed seats. This includes wearing a mask in our parking lots, on the plaza outside the arena, on the concourse in the arena, and while seated.
b. The following are not acceptable face coverings
i. Neck gaiters
ii. Face masks with vents
c. Face shields may not be worn in place of a face mask, though may be worn in addition to a face mask.
d. Guests may temporarily remove their masks when actively eating or drinking in their ticketed seats. This is the only time guests are permitted to remove their masks while on Ball Arena property.
e. Guests who are unable to wear an approved mask are not permitted to enter Ball Arena at this time.
f. Guests who fail to comply with the mask requirement may be removed from Ball Arena.

Seating at Ball Arena/the Pepsi Center is divided into three main groups with two levels of suites between these sections. For a regular season game in mid-October, as an example, fans can sit in the uppers, or 300 section for less than $50. Center ice in the 100 section can exceed $200 per seat.
